Badge FAQ

MagicCon: Atlanta badges are on sale now!

You may enter the “waiting room” starting at 9:00 AM CDT. Some MagicCon badge types sell out very quickly and we encourage you to enter the waiting room at least 10 – 15 minutes prior to 10:00 AM. When the sale begins, fans will be selected at random from the waiting room for a badge purchase session. Once you are in the waiting room, do not navigate away from this page or you may be placed at the back of the queue. When selected for a purchase session, you have 10 minutes to begin your transaction.

Please Note: Adding a badge to your cart does not guarantee a purchase. Some badge types sell out very quickly and all available inventory may be sold by the time you begin the checkout process, even if the item was in your cart.

We encourage you to read all of the you information on our How to Buy page to ensure you are prepared.

Please make your badge and ticketed play event selections carefully. Once purchased, MagicCon: Atlanta badges and Ticketed Play Events are non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be reproduced, resold or upgraded.  

Merchandise included in your badge package will be available for onsite pick up only. If you do not pick up your merchandise prior to the show close, you forfeit ownership of the merchandise. We are unable to mail badge package merchandise to you post-event and you are not entitled to a refund. 

All badges purchased on or before 12:00 PM EDT on August 6, 2025 will be shipped in advance. Any badges purchased after 12:00 PM EDT on August 6, 2025 will be available for onsite pickup at Registration/Will Call at the Lakeside Center. 

We are unable to ship in advance to an international address. International attendees may pick up their badge when they arrive onsite and will automatically be refunded any shipping costs after August 6, 2025.
